5.   Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Data. Baron collects and processes personal data on a voluntary basis and it is not in the business of selling your personal data to third parties. Additionally, Baron may disclose personal data to its parent companies and its subsidiaries in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Thereafter if the collected data is no longer needed for purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, Baron deletes all aforementioned data in its possession. Baron does not verify the correctness of personal data.

Even if data is changed or deleted, Baron may still retain some of the data to resolve disputes, enforce Baron user agreements, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of Services.

If you use Baron's mobile applications, Baron shares your personal information with Flurry Analytics. You can opt out of Flurry Analytics tracking and personalized ads/recommendations from Flurry by clicking here. The Flurry Analytics tracking of your mobile device will stop across all mobile native applications within the Flurry network. In addition, Flurry will stop providing personalized recommendations to your device identifier and/or MAC address across all native application publishers within the Flurry network.

9.   Safeguards. Baron follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information in Baron's possession.
